Q: Where is Charlottesville Virginia?
A: Charlottesville Virginia is in the heart of Central VA, about 2 hours west of Washington D.C.
Q: Who is Pam Dent?
A: Pam is a Charlottesville Virginia farm realtor who cherishes the farm equestrian life that makes our area so special. Pam has an extensive background in the horse business, has brokered horses and won equestrian medals. She’s a top selling Charlottesville realtor who is on the Board of Realtors at CAAR (Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors). Pam’s clients love her and they appreciate her deep knowledge of the farm properties around Charlottesville Virginia.
Q: What’s the climate like in Charlottesville?:
A: We love our 4-season climate for several reasons. We have the Blue Ridge Mountains on our western edge to afford cooler temperatures in the mountains. And although we experience a winter season, it’s usually only a few weeks long and spring begins again in earnest in March. Info for our Snowbird friends… We’ve spent Christmas comfortably in short sleeved shirts, though we’ve spent the holidays bundled up against a few snowflakes, so there is no hard and fast rule about the timing of the climate and seasonal changes. But we can assure you that if you want to see gorgeous azaleas, daffodils, redbuds, and other blossoms, try to visit here around mid-April for a full show.
